Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional to join our R&D team in the Finishing Department of a reputed Knit Composite Manufacturing Company.
Lead and manage all R&D Finishing activities.
Handle development samples, PP samples, test samples, SMS, and other buyer-required samples.
Ensure finishing processes meet buyer standards and quality requirements.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Dyeing, Quality, and Production teams for smooth sample execution.
Ensure 1st bulk in finishing.
Troubleshoot finishing-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain timely communication with buyers, merchants, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and manage technical reports, emails, and development documentation.
Strong knowledge of knit finishing processes and fabric performance requirements.
Hands-on experience in sample development, PP approval, testing, and certification requirements.
Excellent communication and professional email writing skills.
Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
Effective buyer and merchandising coordination skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
