• Strong knowledge of AQL, quality systems, and buyer compliance standards.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.    

• Strong communication and stakeholder management ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production units

• Lead and oversee end-to-end QA/QC operations (fabric inspection, readymade garments pre-inspection, inline, midline, final inspection, and shipment approval)

• Develop and implement quality standards, SOPs, and compliance frameworks aligned with buyer requirements

• Ensure adherence to AQL standards and minimize defects, rework, and rejection rates

• Coordinate closely with Production, Merchandising, Technical, and Compliance teams

• Handle buyer audits, factory audits, and third-party inspections.

• Analyze quality data, drive Root Cause Analysis, and corrective action plans (CAP)

• Ensure product consistency across all production lines and styles

• Lead, train, and develop quality teams (inspectors, auditors, supervisors)

• Monitor pre-production and bulk production quality performance

• Ensure on-time shipment clearance with zero compromise on quality standards.

• Prepare and present quality reports and KPIs to top management.
