Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to all users for ERP software.
∎ Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of Hardware, OS (Linux, Windows) and application software.
∎ Support to all users for network, internet and Desktop PC, Laptop, printer, scanner and others IT devices.
∎ Should have good knowledge on CCTV system including HD camera, IP camera, DVR, NVR.
∎ To ensuring the whole company runs IT support smoothly.
∎ Responsible for Planning, Design and setup and Troubleshooting of a new LAN and Internet.
∎ Configuring and Troubleshooting of VPN Tunnel like as - GRE, IPSec, PPTP, etc.
∎ Configuring and Managing of Manageable Switch, Mikrotik Router, Wifi Router, Routing, Subn and firewall.
∎ Responsible to configure and mange of Windows active directory & File Backup server.
∎ Installing, Monitor and maintain Attendance system/Devices (Face, Finger, Card) and Door Access Control.
∎ Manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report.
∎ Visiting to all factories/branches for any support when necessary.
∎ Basic concept on Database.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Incumbent with experience in Knit garments Industry will get preference.
∎ Very good communication abilities.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
