Responsibilities & Context:

We are an export oriented renown Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of "Executive - IT & ERP". The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high quality results.

• Manage and maintain desktop/laptop systems, mac, server & networking devices (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Microtik), printers, and industrial IT hardware across corporate and factory locations.

• Monitor the performance of all IT systems and resolve hardware/software issues to ensure uninterrupted office and factory operations.

• Monitor and troubleshooting to ensure 100% availability for both the surveillance system (DVR, NVRs, IP cameras, network switches) with regular recording backups and the attendance system with user management, and data validation.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, office applications, antivirus, firewalls, and ERP software.

• Train employees on software usage, data security practices, and IT policies to increase user competence and reduce risk.

• Provide daily technical support to employees at both locations; resolve IT-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts.

• Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities and knowledge of data security, compliance, and audit requirements.

• Contribute in the enhancement, monitoring, planning, testing and ongoing implementation of the company`s leading, advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

• Assist to evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.

• Monitor data entry from each department.

• Trouble shoots any ERP data entry or report generation problem.

• Assist during the engagement activities of teams on new transactions, guiding them to prepare focused request lists and agenda, facilitating on-site reviews, and providing leadership over deliverables.

• Work closely with the ERP development / implementation team and complete the ERP installation as advised by supervisor.

• Assist during the testing phase of new developments and implement in the live system.

• Ensure the smooth running of all modules.

• Conduct and coordinate the training activities and provide support throughout the office, trouble shooting.

• Provide ERP support to all office staff.
