Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Textile, Fashion, or a related field.

• Prior experience in merchandising, buying, or supply chain preferred (freshers may also apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the product range/collection in line with company targets and buyer requirements.

• Communicate with buyers/clients to understand requirements, specifications, and deadlines.

• Coordinate with sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Prepare costing, price quotations, and order confirmations.

• Source raw materials, fabrics, and trims from approved vendors and suppliers.

• Follow up on sample development, approvals, and bulk production timelines.

• Monitor production progress to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.

• Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, costs, and vendor communications.

• Handle documentation related to orders, shipments, and compliance.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support product planning.

• Resolve issues related to delays, quality, or order discrepancies.

Requirements
