Experience:

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 18 to 60 years

• Good Proficiency in English Language

• Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

•   Conduct time studies, motion studies, and SMV calculations to establish standard operation times.

•   Prepare line balancing, process flow charts, operation bulletins (OB), and work instructions to achieve target efficiency.

•   Monitor hourly and daily production performance, identify gaps, and im plement improvement actions.

•   Analyze downtime, bottlenecks, and productivity losses; recommend corrective actions.

•   Track efficiency, utilization, and productivity KPIs; prepare regular performance reports.

•   Coordinate with Production, PE, QA, Engineering, and

Planning teams to improve operational performance.

•   Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives through process optimization and automation.

•   Train supervisors and operators on standard methods, productivity improvement, and work measurement techniques.

•   Ensure compliance with company standards, IE procedures, and operational best practices.

•   Support new item introductions, capacity studies, and production feasibility evaluations.
