Job Context
Mondol Intimates Ltd. is looking for a competent, disciplined, and experienced Warehouse professional to lead and manage warehouse operations. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring effective inventory control, material receiving, storage, issuing, documentation, compliance, and coordination with production and other relevant departments.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of materials.
Ensure proper inventory management of raw materials, accessories, finished goods, spare parts, chemicals, and other warehouse items as applicable.
Maintain accurate stock records through ERP/software and physical inventory systems.
Ensure timely material issuance to production departments as per approved requisition and production requirements.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, Commercial, and Accounts departments to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counting, and annual physical inventory; investigate and report discrepancies.
Ensure proper material identification, bin card maintenance, rack/bin location control, and FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
Maintain all warehouse-related documents, including GRN, challan, requisition, stock register, issue voucher, return note, and inventory reports.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and control of damaged, rejected, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.
Maintain warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, fire safety, and compliance standards.
Ensure safe storage and handling of chemicals and hazardous materials in accordance with SDS/MSDS and company procedures.
Lead, train, guide, and evaluate warehouse team members to ensure productivity, discipline, and accountability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure corrective actions are implemented on time.
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, social compliance standards, and applicable legal requirements.
Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.
