Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle Buyers' Q.C as well as lead the GPQ and Quality Audit Teams.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection and testing for the respective buyer.
∎ Maintain and improve product quality to meet the buyer requirement.
∎ Conduct floor audits and manage first output/ production inspection and measurement report, as well as first output review against the sample. Follow-up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives.
∎ Need to attend PP meeting and finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to the quality inspectors.
∎ Inline inspection (by Buying Q.C) findings should be discussed with respective production, IE and QA team to get the corrective action.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the Head of Quality department and co-ordinate with management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Intermediate written/reading English.
