Responsibilities & Context:
Review new styles during product development and recommend quality and process improvements.
Monitor sample development and ensure customer requirements are achieved before submission.
Oversee raw material approvals and maintain accurate production style documentation.
Lead technical training programs and ensure compliance with the AEO QA Manual and factory SOPs.
Conduct regular SOP audits, QA evaluations, and competency development programs.
Review Size Sets, organize PP Meetings, and monitor Pilot Runs before bulk production.
Ensure approved PP comments are implemented in pilot and bulk production.
Analyze daily quality reports, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor Inline, End-line, Pre-Final, and Final Audit performance to prevent recurring quality issues.
Ensure all shipments pass internal quality inspections before customer or third-party audits.
Ensure compliance with critical quality testing requirements, including fabric shrinkage, button pull, shade control, and home laundry testing.
Conduct monthly AEO SOP audits and drive continuous quality improvement across all departments.
