Responsibilities & Context:
1.Lead and manage end-to-end factory operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, compliance, and supply chain coordination.
2.Ensure smooth daily operation of the factory to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
3.Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
4.Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.
5.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and optimize operational cost.
6.Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads and operational teams.
7.Handle crisis management and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
8.Support strategic decision-making for factory expansion, automation, and process improvement.
