Responsibilities & Context:

• Must have experienced in oven garments.

• Take responsibility for sample quality, construction, and measurements.

• Regularly evaluate and streamline sample development processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing.

• Expertise in pattern, fitting, measurement, and technical interpretation.

• Coordinate all sample development activities from order receipt to sample dispatch.

• Monitor sample execution timelines and ensure on-time submission to buyers.

• Review sample requisitions, technical packages, artworks, measurement charts, and buyer comments.

• Coordinate with merchandising team regarding sample priorities and development requirements.

• Ensure proper allocation of sample orders to relevant sections and follow up on progress.

• Coordinate with Pattern, CAD, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Printing, Embroidery, and Finishing departments.

• Ensure samples are developed according to buyer specifications, approved trims, fabrics, and measurement standards.

• Monitor sample quality, workmanship, fitting, and presentation standards.    

• Proficiency in Gerber, 3D and other CAD/Pattern software.

• Excellent understanding of garment construction, fitting, grading and consumption calculation.
