Education:

B.Sc in Diploma/Textile Engineering/ IPE or MBA from a well-reputed institution.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 14 years
Experience: 2-3 years of solid experience in the apparel/textile industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior managerial role.
Direct experience in quilting, padding, or composite padding industries will get high priority.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, budgeting, and crisis-management skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Ability to work under pressure
Smart, responsible, and hardworking
Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Sreepur, Shailat, Gazipur
Work place: Factory Unit
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire production department and assist the top management in strategic operational planning.
Develop and implement production budgets, cost-reduction strategies, and efficiency enhancement plans.
Monitor factory KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Supervise the production management team and ensure strong inter-departmental coordination (Store, Commercial, Quality).
Handle client audits and ensure the factory floor meets international compliance and safety standards.
Troubleshoot major operational bottlenecks and ensure timely shipments.
Foster a productive and disciplined work culture across the factory.
