Job Context:

Temaso Bangladesh is a reputed sister concern of Rupota Group, engaged in supplying textile machinery, padding, and comforter-related materials to leading local and international buyers. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business and achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote textile machinery, comforter orders, and padding products.

• Identify potential buyers and generate new business opportunities.

• Maintain strong communication with existing and new clients.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Visit clients and factories as required to ensure business development and customer satisfaction.
Employment Status:

Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Textile Engineering / Business Administration, or relevant field.

Candidates with a Textile background will get preference.

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales & marketing (textile or machinery-related).

• Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 22 to 32 years

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both English & Bangla).

• Strong analytical ability and willingness to travel for client visits.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary:
