Facility Design and Planning: Prepare and review architectural and civil drawings, layouts, and as-built (updated) blueprints using, CAD software visualizations Autodesk, Auto CAD 2D,3D, MicroStation, to design structural, architectural, and hydraulic systems.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all building structures meet strict safety codes such as the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), the RSC (RMGC Sustainability Council), and ACI/ASTM standards.

Project Management: Oversee new construction and renovation projects. Create project schedules, budgets, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs), equipment, and labour to ensure projects stay within financial boundaries, to manage costs effectively.

Site Supervision/Quality Control:: Direct on-site construction activities. Monitor laborers and subcontractors, and ensure the daily work aligns with safety protocols and quality control standards, conduct routine inspections, test building materials (e.g., concrete and steel), and implement QA/QC procedures.

To routinely inspect factory floors, roofs, and foundations. Address issues like structural wear and tear, roof leakages, and plumbing or drainage problems. Manage the civil aspects of industrial wastewater treatment and facility drainage.

To manage retrofitting and reinforcement works to safely support heavy production machinery, generators, and water

To evaluate survey reports, maps, soil tests, and geological data to assess project feasibility.

Registration/Licensure IDEB, Project Management Course, as a professional engineer may be required.
