Responsibilities & Context:
Lead end-to-end sample development & bulk readiness for outerwear, blazer, and woven jackets.
Ensure pattern, sample approval, and 100% quality compliance before production.
Review all buyer TP, samples, accessories consumption, embellishments & grading accuracy.
Drive KPI, budget, cost-saving, and monthly performance reporting.
Conduct risk assessment and root cause analysis to improve approval hit rate.
Develop new product ranges and present weekly collections to management.
Manage ERP/QMS updates, sample planning, and production tracking.
Lead team (staff & executives), including recruitment, workload distribution, absenteeism control & training.
Implement process improvements with monthly presentations to HOD.
Coordinate internal/external meetings and ensure buyer satisfaction.
Handle all technical, operational, and management assignments as required.
