  • Prior experience in erection and commissioning of a Textile Waste Recycling Machine or similar heavy/new-project machinery will be strongly preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Israq Cotton Mills Ltd. a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of MO/AM (Electrical & Mechanical) for a new project (Waste Recycling).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the erection and commissioning of the newly procured Jinan Morinte Textile Waste Recycling Machine (2 Lines) from foundation/installation through trial run.

  • Coordinate on-site with the machine supplier's (Chinese vendor) erection & commissioning engineers/technicians during installation.

  • Review and verify machine layout, electrical wiring/panel installation, and mechanical alignment as per OEM drawings and guidelines.

  • Conduct pre-commissioning checks, trial runs, and troubleshoot issues before handover to production.

  • Prepare commissioning reports, punch lists, and ensure snag closure before final acceptance.

  • After successful commissioning, take full responsibility for daily operation and performance of both lines.

  • Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule post-commissioning.

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical breakdowns promptly.

  • Manage spare parts inventory and initiate requisitions as needed.

  • Run the lines to meet production targets and report accordingly.

  • Train and supervise machine operators/technicians on safe and correct operation.

  • Ensure all work (erection, commissioning, and operation) complies with safety standards and company policy.

  • Submit regular progress/commissioning reports during setup, and daily/weekly production and maintenance reports thereafter.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by management.
