Job Context

Bea-Con Knit Wear Limited is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and technically competent professional for the position of Manager (Dyeing Technician - CPB). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Continuous Pad Batch (CPB) dyeing technology, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage production efficiently while ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the CPB Dyeing Department to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily dyeing production schedules to achieve production targets.

• Ensure required shade accuracy, colour consistency, and quality standards.

• Monitor dyeing parameters and optimize process efficiency to minimize wastage and improve productivity.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to dyeing processes and implement effective corrective actions.

• Ensure proper utilization of dyes, chemicals, machinery, utilities, and manpower.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations.

• Maintain compliance with buyer requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Train, motivate, and develop departmental personnel to improve operational performance.

• Prepare production, quality, and efficiency reports for management.
