• Age At least 30 years

Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

Expertise in computer-based data analysis.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Experience in an export-oriented/bonded factory will be preferred.

• Responsible for demand and supply planning across 7 SBUs (plastic & metal manufacturing)

• Execute Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) aligning cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, sales, production, and operations teams

• Maintain and update databases for raw material coverage

• Analyze historical sales trends, material purchase rates, and supplier lead times

• Identify and mitigate supply disruptions proactively

• Ensure accurate material costing, budgeting, and forecasting

• Evaluate supplier technical specifications and ensure compliance

• Track supplier performance against purchase orders (POs)

• Monitor foreign consignment shipments and review Bills of Lading

• Conduct product-wise costing and profitability analysis

• Perform capacity analysis, CAPEX evaluation, and investment assessment
