Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of different types of fabrics (knit, woven), yarns, trims, accessories, and the garment production process.

• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate inspections and assessments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for consumption calculation and reporting) and experience with ERP/PLM systems is a plus.

• Identify, evaluate, and establish a strong network of reliable local suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Handling M&S Buyer requirements.

• Source all raw materials and components based on buyer specifications and approved samples.

• Closely follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials to the factory.

• Liaise with the store/warehouse department to ensure all incoming materials are received in the correct quantity and quality and in-housed properly.

• Update and maintain the Time and Action (T&A) calendar for all orders, specifically tracking material sourcing milestones.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments, including production, planning, quality control, and commercial teams, to ensure smooth order execution.

• Ensure all materials are received within the lead time, even with short lead time.

• Respond to supplier email and internal communication smoothly and maintain accuracy of materials tracking.
