Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering (IE), or a related discipline.
Candidates with a strong Industrial Engineering (IE) background will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure production lines achieve planned targets according to shipment and delivery requirements.
Monitor production progress from cutting, sewing, finishing, pressing, inspection, packing, and shipment preparation.
Ensure smooth production flow and minimize bottlenecks, WIP, waiting time, and downtime.
Take immediate corrective action against production delays and capacity constraints.
Review style requirements, operation breakdowns, SMV, capacity, and production feasibility.
Monitor target vs. actual production, efficiency, DHU/defects, absenteeism, manpower utilization, and line performance.
Work closely with IE to optimize line balancing, manpower allocation, operation methods, and productivity.
Coordinate closely with QA/QC teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
Ensure effective utilization and allocation of operators, helpers, supervisors, and other production resources.
Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, line balancing, waste reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Prepare and review daily production reports, efficiency reports, target achievement reports, and production status updates.
