Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 33 years

Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Labor Rules and DIFE requirements.

Practical knowledge of social compliance standards and buyer requirements.

Experience in handling audit preparation, CAP follow-up and compliance documentation.

Good communication, interpersonal and worker-handling skills.

Good reporting, documentation and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.

Ability to conduct factory inspections and identify compliance gaps.

Strong follow-up ability and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet audit deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:

·       Monitor day-to-day compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Labor Rules and DIFE requirements.

·       Support compliance activities for BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, WRAP, SCAN, Better Work, CTPAT, ICS and HIGG/FSLM.

·       Assist in preparing for RSC/Nirapon, Fire & Life Safety, Electrical and Structural audits.

·       Conduct regular factory floor inspections and social/safety compliance checks.

·       Verify working hours, overtime, attendance, leave, wages, worker files and statutory records.

·       Monitor worker welfare, grievance handling, worker rights and workplace practices.

·       Support prevention of child labor, forced labor, discrimination, harassment and abusive disciplinary practices.

·       Follow up on audit findings, CAPs and corrective actions and maintain updated trackers.

·       Assist with fire drills, emergency preparedness, safety committee activities and worker safety awareness.

·       Support buyer and third-party audit preparation, including document and evidence collection.

·       Conduct worker interviews and awareness/training sessions as required.

·       Maintain accurate compliance records, checklists, audit files and supporting documents.

·       Prepare daily/weekly compliance and safety observations and reports for Manager/AGM.

·       Coordinate with HR, Admin, EHS, Engineering and Production to resolve identified gaps.

·       Immediately report critical social, labor or safety violations to the reporting manager.
