Oversee the daily logging, operation, and light troubleshooting of gas generators (e.g., Jenbacher) and diesel generators.

Maintain air compressors (e.g., Kaeser) to ensure continuous pneumatic air pressure for modern automated spinning machines.

Manage and optimize Air Handling Units (AHUs), chillers, and humidification plants to maintain precise temperature and relative humidity (RH%) across spinning sections.

Monitor steam boiler operations, water softening plants, and reverse osmosis (RO) systems safely.

Assist electrical teams with the upkeep of transformers, HT/LT panels, and Power Factor Improvement (PFI) plants.

Actively join the crew on the floor during major breakdowns or heavy mechanical overhauls.

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules to eliminate unexpected factory downtime.

Track critical spare parts for AC plants, compressors, and pumps to avoid shortages during emergencies.

Draft requirement slips for filters, lubricants, and machinery components for the department head’s approval.
