Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and repair electrical drives, sensors, and control panels on blowroom, carding, drawing, simplex, ring frame, and autoconer units.
Diagnose sudden electrical faults in motors, inverters (VFDs), and PLC systems to minimize production downtime.
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly servicing schedules for electrical components.
Inspect HT/LT switchgear, transformers, and power factor improvement (PFI) units.
Support the upkeep of compressor, chiller, and humidification/AC plant electrical connections.
Help maintain safety standards required by local bodies like the Electrical Licensing Board (ELB) and utility providers.
Track spare parts, fuses, cables, and tools, reporting requisitions to management.
