Experience:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Any professional certification in electronics will be preferable

Rapid diagnosis and rectifying of complex electronic, sensor, and wiring faults under production pressure.

Capability to design, implement, and track monthly/yearly preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Skilled in using thermal imaging/gun scanning to identify loose connections and overheating panels.

Calm and decisive under pressure during major power failures or machinery breakdowns.

1. Machine Maintenance: Repair and maintain spinning equipment like blow rooms, carding, draw frames, ring frames, and auto-coners.

2. Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks to junior electricians and helpers, and monitor shift operations.

3. Breakdown Handling: Fix electrical faults quickly to reduce production downtime.

4. Preventive Maintenance: Run routine checks on motors, control panels, and wiring.

5. Utility Oversight: Monitor sub-stations, diesel generators, and humidification plants common in textile setups.

6. Safety Compliance: Follow local industrial rules and factory safety standards.

7. Maintaining automated controls, PLCs, and inverter drives for Blowroom, Carding, Draw frame, and Simplex machines.

8. Fixing sophisticated optical and electronic faults on Ring frames (auto-doffers) and Auto-coners (e.g., Savio, Murata, or Schlafhorst models).

9. Maintaining electrical connections for supportive utility machinery like air compressors, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).

10. Managing the massive Humidification Plants (chillers, axial fans, and water pumps) to control temperature and moisture on the production floor.

11. Control Inventory: Plan and maintain an optimal inventory of electrical spare parts, cables, and tools to ensure zero delay during breakdowns.

12. Keep Logs: Maintain accurate daily logs of power consumption, machinery breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.
