Experience:

• At least 15 years

B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Industrial & Production Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing or Equivalent Degree

• At least 15 years

• Age At most 55 years

• Good Communication Skill;

• Good knowledge over MS-Office packages;

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

• Fluent in English.

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders in hand;

• Ensure smooth execution of production across Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing functions and final inspection as well;

• Conduct Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) and ensure readiness of materials, manpower, and machinery;

• Ensure proper line balancing, capacity planning, and workflow optimization;

• Monitor line efficiency, SMV adherence, and operator performance;

• Take corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks;

• Ensure optimal use of machines, materials, and workforce;

• Supervise and guide line supervisors, in-charges, and production teams;

• Work closely with QA/QC team to ensure quality standards are maintained;

• Monitor defect trends and support implementation of corrective actions;

• Minimize rework, rejection, and alteration costs;

• Ensure production is aligned with Time & Action (T&A) plans;

• Track order progress and take proactive steps to avoid delays;

• Coordinate with Merchandising and planning teams for delivery commitments;

• Control production costs, wastage, and overtime (OT);

• Ensure production activities comply with labor laws, buyer requirements, and safety standards;

• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures;

• Coordinate with Merchandising, QA, Maintenance, Store, etc. for smooth operations;

• Communicate production status, challenges, and solutions to management;

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams including supervisors and operators;

• Conduct training and skill development programs to enhance productivity;

• Foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement;

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
