Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end factory operations including Production, Quality, Admin, Compliance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain;

  • Coordinate with all department for seamless workflow;

  • Prepare and execute production planning (daily, weekly, monthly) based on order requirements;

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability;

  • Monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing processes to meet targets;

  • Ensure smooth daily factory operations to achieve production targets and shipment deadlines;

  • Ensure line balancing, manpower utilization, and machine efficiency;

  • Track daily production output vs. target and take corrective actions if deviations occur;

  • Conduct pre-production meetings (PPM) and ensure readiness (fabric, trims, and approvals);

  • Ensure on-time shipment by aligning production with delivery schedules;

  • Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, AQL standards, and quality requirements;

  • Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections across all production stages;

  • Review daily QA reports and take action to prevent bulk rejection;

  • Supervise overall administrative functions (facility management, transport, security, utilities);

  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce productivity;

  • Ensure training & development programs for workers and supervisors;

  • Create a safe, motivating, and productive work environment;

  • Promote employee engagement and ensure a safe and motivating work environment;

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor law, buyer Code of Conduct, and international standards;

  • Prepare factory for social, technical, and environmental audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, NIRAPON, etc.);

  • Monitor health, safety, fire protection, and workplace conditions;

  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safety procedures across all departments;

  • Control production cost, wastage, and overtime (OT);

  • Optimize Man, Machine & Material utilization;

  • Coordinate with Merchandising for order status, approvals, and delivery;

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production & quality reports;

  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits, shipment, and compliance record;

  • Analyze KPIs such as efficiency, DHU, rejection rate, absenteeism, and delivery performance;

  • Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and factory staff;

  • Implement Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, six sigma and productivity improvement tools;

  • Ensure a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement;

  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
