• Age 37 to 39 years

Daily Functions:

• Quote garments price and offer to buyer.

• Negotiate with buyer for pricing issues.

• Communicating with buyer for any kind of issue.

• Working with Team, monitor all process of development; follow up team/customer communication. Make sure no mail not reply at same day.

• Once get new style development, review the tech pack and sample with DGM, technical team if needed.

• To understand the possible date to arrival fabric and accessories in the garment's factory.

• Taking necessary action to control the shipment and quality level of garments.

• Continuous trying to increase business and maintain outstanding customer business relation.

  Monthly Functions:

• Conduct monthly meeting with team members for every team's activity and upcoming months tasks.

Yearly Functions:

• Make yearly Seasonal sample report, including sample styles make, lead time, pass rate, reject rate. Adoption rate.

Other Functions:

• Regularly meeting with others department and section if any problem arises.
