Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor in Apparel Merchandising or B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.

• B.sc in Industrial Engineering from SUST will get preference.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 30 to 45 years

• The applicants should have experience in Knit Composite Garments.

• Additional Requirements

• Should have strong analytical and leadership abilities and work as a strategic thinker.

• Should have a Positive work ethic and be oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Excellent communication & presentation skill.

• Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will add value.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing T&A daily, following up and highlighting critical situations and failures in the execution schedule(T&A) to the management instantly.

• Declare the factory capacity and collect monthly order projection/Confirmation from the marketing team and declare the capacity gap or excess.

• Follow up on the supply chain and highlight the supply disruptions.

• Preparing weekly/Monthly sample programs and follow up.

• Preparing Line loading plan following maximum utilization of Man and Machines and running line method.

• Prepare backup plan for smooth feeding of the lines.

• Receiving the production files with samples on time.

• Preparing bulk size set plan and follow-up and declaring PPM.

• Preparing Cutting plan weekly/Monthly and follow-up.

• Preparing Finishing plan weekly/Monthly and follow-up

• Preparing weekly/Monthly printing plan and follow-up.

• Preparing inspection schedule weekly/Monthly.

• Follow up on order closing and reporting with the MIS team and highlight the plan achievement rate.

• Declare the capacity and Capacity gap every month to the Marketing Team.

• Declare the budget of the factory every month.

• Declare the needs of machinery/Equipment and Manpower to achieve the plan.

• Close monitoring every day of the plan execution and plan gap, and preparing a micro plan to catch the inspection schedule

• Sourcing, Negotiating, Placing, and monitoring all kinds of subcontract work to meet RFI.

• Immediately informing higher management of any disruption to the execution of the plan.

• Declare the wastage, Leftover garments, fabrics, and accessory stocks as per buyer, Style, composition, construction, color, and quantity.

• Declare the Earnings, expenditure, and profit/Losses every month.

• Any other tasks given by management.
