• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reserve capacity at Sample Room based on the capacity plan, in order to facilitate the timely delivery of samples to customers by liaising with the Garment tech, Merchandiser and operation team.

• Receive and pull the demand from marketing, obtain raw material commitment, review the product with team and understand the product critical path.

• Plan the demand based on skill level, product capability and efficiency requirement.

• Based on master delivery plan, prepare the sub section plans such pattern sec, cutting, embellishment, cut bank.

• Communicate and distribute the plan among all relevant departments.

• Track the variation and re-amend the master plan without impacting to customer deadline.

• Ensure PDC development and SMS is fully loaded, input availability and informed management in advance on over demand and idling situations.

• Prepare PTP (Performance to Plan), OTD ( On time Delivery), prepare report for variation to weekly plan, Sample turn around time.
