Indet.group. (Adzi Trims Ltd.) is a 100% export-oriented garments accessories manufacturing company. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and qualified QA Lab Executive for our Accessories Testing Laboratory. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting physical tests and coordinating chemical tests (if required) with third-party laboratories according to buyer requirements and international standards such as ISO, AATCC, ASTM, and buyer-specific methods, while ensuring compliance with company quality policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Physical Testing:

• Perform Dimensional Stability, Spirality, GSM, Thickness, and Bursting Strength tests

• Conduct Color Fastness tests (Washing, Water, Perspiration, Saliva, Rubbing, Dye Transfer in Storage, Phenolic Yellowing)

• Perform pH test, Composition test, Pull test, Yarn Twister test

• Conduct Elongation & Modulus, Run Back, Stretch & Recovery tests for elastic items

Conduct Pilling tests

• Perform all kinds of Barcode and QR Code verification tests

• Prepare accurate test reports and maintain lab records

• Operate laboratory equipment properly

• Follow ISO, AATCC, ASTM, and buyer-specific test methods

• Maintain all test reports and documentation as per QA policies

• Ensure effective communication through MS Word, Excel, and email

Chemical Testing:

• If chemical testing is required, send samples to third-party laboratories as per buyer requirements or international standards (ISO, AATCC, ASTM, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with company quality policies

Payment Documents Maintenance:

• Coordinate with Laboratory and Accounts departments

• Verify invoices and manage timely settlement of laboratory testing charges
