Minimum 5-7 years in managerial position.

• Oversee and manage the overall Commercial Department (Import & Export).

• Handle all export documentation (EXP, BL, Invoice, Packing List, GSP, CO, etc.).

• Manage banking activities including L/C opening, negotiation, amendments, and realization.

• Maintain strong liaison with banks, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and C&F agents.

• Monitor raw materials import procedures (BTB L/C, UD, Bond, Customs formalities).

• Ensure compliance with Customs, Bond, BGMEA/BKMEA regulations.

• Prepare and monitor commercial reports for management.

• Ensure on-time shipment and proper documentation to avoid discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Accounts & Store departments.

• Handle audit-related commercial documentation (Buyer/Customs/Bank).

• Mobile bill
