Must be capable to fulfill the target as per company’s rules & regulations.

Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on buyer delivery schedules.

Develop factory loading plans considering available capacity and resources.

Monitor order status and production progress against the approved plan.

Ensure smooth production flow from cutting to shipment.

Balance production lines and allocate resources to maximize efficiency.

Analyze factory capacity and machine availability.

Conduct capacity booking for new orders.

Track order progress from order confirmation to shipment.

Coordinate with Merchandising and Production teams to ensure timely execution.

Monitor critical path activities and escalate potential delays.

Ensure shipment deadlines are achieved as per buyer requirements.

Coordinate with Procurement and Store departments regarding fabric, trims, and accessories availability.

Ensure materials are available before production starts.

Monitor material shortages and arrange corrective actions.

Prepare production status reports and shipment forecasts.

Analyze production performance and efficiency trends.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

Maintain accurate planning databases and records.

Work closely with Merchandising, IE, Production, Quality, Compliance, and Commercial departments.
