Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Sr. Executive, Sustainability (CMS) is responsible for supporting the organization’s sustainability and chemical management programs. This role ensures compliance with global environmental and social standards, maintains chemical inventory systems, supports audit readiness, and assists in ETP operations. The position also drives awareness and continuous improvement in chemical safety, resource efficiency, and ZDHC implementation.

CMS Development & Documentation

  • Develop and update Chemical Management System (CMS) Policy, SOPs, Job Descriptions, and process flowcharts.

Implementation & Compliance

  • Lead MRSL implementation across all operations.

  • Conduct RSL detection, monitoring, and root cause analysis for non-compliances.

  • Ensure compliance with hazardous chemical storage standards (fire safety, ventilation, secondary containment, and related requirements).

Audit & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing and supporting sustainability and compliance audits (Higg FEM, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, GRS, RCS, OCS, GOTS, ZDHC).

  • Manage chemical inventory data and reporting through CleanChain, BHive, and BHive Ecube platforms.

Sustainability Programs

  • Support initiatives on chemical safety, water conservation, energy efficiency, and waste management.

  • Train and build awareness among teams on sustainable chemical use and ZDHC standards.

ETP

  • Assist in ETP operation and maintenance, and compile the required documentation.
