Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise the Merchandising, Marketing, and Production departments.
Communicate and negotiate with buyers regarding orders, pricing, and shipment schedules.
Monitor production planning and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and quality teams.
Prepare costing, T&A plans, and production reports.
Develop new buyers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are achieved.
Resolve production and merchandising-related issues promptly.
