Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 6 to 7 years

• BBS (minimum)

• 6 to 7 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Management of workforce at specific client sites including the development of contract delivery to the customer.

• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction is delivered and suitable level of staff are supplied for individual tasks.

• Liaise with HR Department to ensure training & developments are carried out to company standards.

• Participate in and manage appraisals, probation reviews, and interview for potential new starters as required.

• Manage absences and timekeeping and ensure all data is communicated to head office.

• Client Management, upsell additional services to sites. Ensure all paperwork such as daily record sheets, reports and photos are promptly received at head office on time. Ensure all client tasks are carried out to a high standard paying special attention to quality and safety. Manage and record accurate information for the provision of invoices against contract scope in a timely manner.

• Operational Management: ensure strict communications are kept between the Technical Supervisor and the operations department. Liaise with the Operations Manager to organize smooth execution of jobs at site.

• Operational Management: Ensure risk assessments are maintained for all tasks, regularly reviewed, communicated to and understood by all technicians within the Technical Supervisors area of responsibility.

• Have to follow up sampling, production, shipment and hand over goods to forwarder.

• Have sound knowledge on yarns quality and sources.

• Must be a team player with good presentation skill.

• Ability to maintain self-composure in a high-pressure work place.

• Should have positive attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must have ability to work as a production to final shipment.

• Must be handle buyer.

• Must be capable to present of all different styles with details in buyer meeting in home & abroad.

• Must have sound knowledge of all kinds of fabric, yarn and price range.

• Must have to know sweater knitting techniques in modern computerized machines.

• Capable to execute merchandising fm development to shipment independently.

• Capable to handle all kinds of yarns and accessories suppliers smoothly.

• Well conversant in English with the local & foreign customer.

• Must have to know sweater knitting techniques in modern computerized machines.

• Must have ability to work as a production to final shipment
