Responsibilities & Context:
Independently handle merchandising activities for Sweater, Knit, and Woven products from development to shipment.
Communicate with buyers regarding product development, costing, order confirmation, and shipment schedules.
Prepare costing, consumption sheets, and T&A plans.
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Follow up on sample development, approvals, and bulk production.
Monitor production status and ensure on-time shipment.
Maintain merchandising reports and buyer correspondence.
Resolve merchandising and production-related issues effectively
