Responsibilities & Context:
1) Overall leadership and management of domestic and international operations with Japanesecompanies, to improve overall company performance in Bangladesh.
2) Supervise manufacturing, production, trading, export–import, bonded warehouse, buyinghouse, and online business activities.
3) Ensure production efficiency, quality control, compliance, and timely delivery.
4) Lead business expansion, R&D, and strategic planning for local and global markets.
5) Manage key relationships with buyers, suppliers, banks, authorities, and partners.
6) Oversee financial planning, risk management, and represent the company at strategiclevels.
7) Good communication skill both in Japanese and English are required.
