Responsibilities & Context:
1)Oversee and manage daily local and international operations, with a focus on JapaneseBusiness partnerships.
2)Supervise production, manufacturing, export–import, bonded warehouse, buying house, andonline business activities.
3)Ensure product quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.
4)Drive business development, research & development (R&D), and long-term companygrowth initiatives.
5)Maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, banks, and regulatory authorities.
6)Support financial planning, budgeting, and risk management strategies.
7)Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English across all business functions.
