B.Sc. in Textile Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Candidates who have experience with logic software will get preference.

• Work experience with machine brands Fukahama, Jun Long, and Pailung.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Positive work ethic and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.

* Increase production efficiency while maintaining required quality standards through continuous process development.
* Ensure smooth knitting production and monitor machine-wise productivity and efficiency.
* Ensure proper knitting program execution in ERP software.
* Prepare and implement production plans according to shipment schedules.
* Ensure yarn booking based on R&D reports and coordinate with the Supply Chain department.
* Maintain outside knitting programs and arrange in-house fabric according to production plans.
* Ensure fabric is available in-house before batching.
* Monitor and check yarn quality during in-house receiving.
* Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, yearly, and other required reports.
