Experience:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.

• Internship experience in manufacturing, textile, garments, power plant, or industrial sectors will be preferred.

• Strong interest in industrial engineering, machinery maintenance, and manufacturing operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.

• Basic knowledge of boilers, compressors, pumps, generators, and utility systems will be preferred.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering software will be an added advantage.

• Understanding of preventive maintenance and equipment reliability concepts.

• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and mechanical schematics.

• Strong observation and troubleshooting capability.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.

• Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours when operationally required.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.

• Candidates with industrial project work or internship experience will receive preference.

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and utility equipment.

• Support troubleshooting activities related to mechanical breakdowns and operational issues.

• Assist in maintaining boilers, air compressors, pumps, generators, HVAC systems, and other utility equipment.

• Monitor machinery performance and report abnormalities to senior engineers.

• Participate in installation, commissioning, and modification of mechanical equipment.

• Assist in maintaining maintenance schedules, records, and reports.

• Support spare parts inventory monitoring and maintenance planning activities.

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operation and minimum downtime.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and engineering compliance requirements.

• Learn and implement engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
