Job Context
Metro Knitting & Dyeing Mills Limited is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional to lead its Production & Planning function. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, sound technical knowledge, and proven experience in managing production planning and execution within a knit garments manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the overall Production & Planning operations to ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Develop and implement effective production plans aligned with customer delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Merchandising, IE, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor production performance and optimize productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Ensure on-time shipment by maintaining effective production planning and capacity management.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and submit recommendations to management.
Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve organizational objectives.
