Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with buyers regarding order development, costing, samples, and order execution.

• Coordinate with sourcing, production, planning, quality, and commercial teams to ensure smooth order flow.

• Follow up on sample development, approvals, raw material sourcing, and production status.

• Monitor order progress to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and maintain merchandising-related reports, documents, and correspondence.

• Assist in price negotiation, order confirmation, and product development activities.

• Ensure compliance with buyers' requirements and company standards.

• Handle day-to-day merchandising activities and support management in achieving departmental objectives.
