Experience:

• At least 6 years

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any institution recognized by the Government of Bangladesh. Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from reputed educational institutions.

• At least 6 years

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Female

Experience Requirements: 

• Minimum 6 years in Garment Industry with Welfare experience, however if candidate is confident in her abilities then she may apply.
• Must have experience handling customers like H&M, TESCO, C&A, WALMART, TARGET, LEVI and Best Seller will get preference.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Must be physically fit as it will not be a desk job!.
• Must be presentable, energetic and cheerful.
• Must be able to operate MS Word, Excel, Power point etc.
• Must be able to prepare presentations for management.
• Must demonstrate working knowledge on the Bangladesh Law.
• Must be have a long term career plan.

Job Nature: Full-time (6 working days - 8 am to 7:30 pm)

Job Location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur. 

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting orientation of new workers and staff.
• Conducting training programs for new workers and staff.
• Ensuring good housekeeping.
• Ensuring work place safety.
• Ensuring company policies are properly communicated to workers and staff.
• Ensuring proper grievance handling.
• Ensuring proper counseling to all workers and staff.
• Ensuring excellent communication between management and workers.
• Providing support to HR, Admin and Compliance Departments.

Salary Range: Negotiable subject to education, experience level and impression created during the interview.
