Experience:

• Only Male

• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern, grading, sewing techniques, and measurements.

• Strong understanding of buyer quality requirements and technical specifications.

• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in Pattern Software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Review garment samples for fit, construction, workmanship, and measurements.

• Prepare and verify technical comments on fit, PP, size set, and shipment samples.

• Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, measurement charts, and quality standards.

• Communicate technical comments and corrective actions to factories.

• Work closely with Merchandising, QA, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.

• Follow up on pattern corrections, grading, and garment construction improvements.

• Monitor production to ensure approved standards are maintained.

• Identify potential technical risks and provide practical solutions before production.

• Attend fit sessions and prepare detailed fit reports.

• Ensure timely approval of samples to meet shipment deadlines.
