• Manage the merchandising process from order confirmation through final shipment.

• Communicate effectively with international buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution.

• Coordinate with factories on product development, sampling, costing, production, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor production progress and ensure on-time shipment while meeting customer requirements.

• Follow up on raw material sourcing, trims, accessories, and production status.

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet required quality standards.

• Negotiate prices, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Prepare and maintain merchandising documents, purchase orders, and production reports.

• Resolve production, quality, and shipment issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, company policies, and industry standards.
