Experience:

• Graduate from any reputed College/University.

• At least 8 (eight) years of work experience as technician in apparel industry.

• Should have experience in serving at reputed Buying House/Factory.

• Must have appropriate knowledge on quality of Knit and Woven.

• Must have excellent communication skill on both spoken and written English.

• Expert in computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications) and computer-based applications.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make effective decisions

• Evaluate all types of samples: Proto, Fit, Size set, Buyer ref, etc. with a feasibility study of product and risk analysis.

• Handle sample inspection and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garments outlook presentation, fitting (dummy and model), on fit sample and size set.

• Handle customer technical inquiries and necessary troubleshooting independently.

• Should have thorough knowledge about both Knit and Woven garment measurement and patterns.

• Should have experience in CAD (Optitex), manual pattern amendment, pre-production technical and quality.

• Assist in investigating and correcting quality related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with QA departments.

• Make proactive recommendations and offering/presenting solutions to the Quality Assurance Team to improve quality of the products and work efficiency.
