• Proven experience in Inditex Traceability Audit is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of subcontract management, certified supply chains, buyer compliance, RCA, and CAPA.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Inditex Traceability Audit to lead and strengthen end-to-end supply chain traceability across garments manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Inditex Traceability Audits, subcontractor management, certified supply chains, and buyer compliance requirements.

• Lead and manage the company's traceability system across garments and the supply chain.

• Ensure production is conducted only at approved factories and subcontractors.

• Handle Inditex Traceability Audits and ensure full compliance with buyer requirements.

• Monitor subcontract factories and verify production capacity, certifications, and compliance status.

• Conduct internal audits, investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement CAPA.

• Develop and maintain traceability policies, SOPs, and related documentation.

• Maintain accurate production and supply chain records in the designated tracking systems.

• Deliver traceability training to internal stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Commercial, Production, QA, and Sustainability teams to ensure complete supply chain transparency.
