• Proven experience leading Research and Development initiatives to create innovative washes and finishes.

• Technically sound and capable of handling any type of washing development across diverse fabrics.

• Deep, specialized knowledge of knit and non-denim garments.

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of washing defects, with a proven track record of diagnosing and eradicating production issues to maintain strict quality standards.

• Ability to make independent, high-level decisions regarding production priorities and troubleshooting on the factory floor.

• Strong management skills with experience handling both factory labour and technical staff effectively.

• Focused on increasing overall plant efficiency and output.

• Active focus on reducing chemical costs and minimizing water consumption without compromising quality.

• Deep knowledge of sustainable, green washing technologies and eco-friendly manufacturing processes.

• Salary Breakdown:

• Basic : USD 2700 or BDT equivalent

• House Rent : USD 300 or BDT equivalent

• Conveyance : USD 100 or BDT equivalent

• Medical : USD 100 or BDT equivalen
