Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 40 years
  • Strong knowledge of lingerie garment construction, fitting requirements, and workmanship standards.

  • Excellent understanding of AQL, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage customer audits, factory evaluations, and quality improvement projects.

  • Sound knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, production flow, and technical specifications.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bengali.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quality reporting systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging shipment deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for lingerie manufacturing to ensure compliance with customer quality standards.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems to achieve "Right First Time" production.

  • Ensure compliance with the quality requirements and audit standards of M&S, H&M, GAP, Lane Bryant (LBY), and Victoria's Secret.

  • Monitor quality performance throughout the production process, including incoming materials, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.

  • Analyze quality KPIs such as DHU, RFT, Alteration Rate, Defect Rate, Rework, and Customer Claims, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring quality issues.

  • Work closely with Technical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Merchandising, and Compliance teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

  • Conduct Pre-Production Meetings (PPM), Pilot Reviews, Inline Audits, End-line Audits, and Final Inspections.

  • Ensure all products meet approved specifications, measurement tolerances, workmanship standards, and buyer requirements before shipment.

  • Manage customer visits, technical reviews, quality audits, and third-party inspections.

  • Develop and mentor QA Managers, Assistant Managers, Quality Engineers, Quality Auditors, and Inspectors to build a high-performing quality team.

  • Ensure compliance with AQL standards, quality SOPs, and company quality policies.

  • Review customer feedback and audit findings, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve the quality of raw materials, trims, and finished products.

  • Prepare and present quality performance reports, customer scorecards, and improvement plans to senior management.
