• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).

• Minimum 7–10 years in IT infrastructure and security management, with proven experience in cloud, firewall, and enterprise systems.

1. Infrastructure Management

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, storage, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

• Manage enterprise-level network upgrades to improve service delivery and security posture.

• Oversee hardware and software procurement, license management, and IT asset lifecycle.

2. Cloud & Server Management

• Lead in-house server migration to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Administer and monitor AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC) and Azure components (AD, VM, Storage).

• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud infrastructure.

3. Security & Compliance

• Implement and maintain IT security policies aligned with best practices and ISO 27001 standards.

• Manage Fortinet FortiGate and Sophos XG firewalls – including configuration, threat detection, response, and bandwidth control.

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits.

• Ensure a robust Disaster Recovery Strategy (DRS) and data backup protocols.

4. OPEX Optimization & Vendor Independence

• Drive initiatives to reduce operational expenses (OPEX) through system optimization and vendor-independent architecture.

• Evaluate and onboard cost-effective, scalable solutions and in-house capabilities to reduce third-party dependency.

5. Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

• Configure MFA, security & compliance settings, mail flow rules, mailbox migration, and email tracing.

6. Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date documentation: SOPs, network diagrams, and asset inventory.

• Prepare performance, security, and risk reports for senior management with actionable insights.
